This gorgeous gated community is situated in an ideal location in the Miramar/Puntarenas section of Costa Rica that has experienced phenomenal growth during the past 10 years. The subject property, previously owned as a private farm, is approximately 62 hectares (155 acres) and retains the majestic trees, river and foliage, and, of course, fantastic ocean views. The 3 surrounding sister-communities of “Playa del Mar”, “Playa del Sol” and “Las Brisas” offer fine examples of this growth, demonstrated by the dramatic increases in land and home values. New, ready to build on lots at a price range between $80,000-$300,000 and luxury homes between $350,000-$750,000 are a hot commodity in this desirable location.
Due to major road and utility improvements, the subject property has ample electric and water supplies, as well as easy access. It also borders the main road to the surrounding communities, with nearby restaurants, new marina, golf course, and ocean.
Miramar has many excellent development attributes such as clear and manageable land with panoramic ocean sunrise and sunset views. Each lot will have a gorgeous ocean view with surrounding mountains, waterfalls and rivers. |
